Delivery & Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
We normally send UK orders using Royal Mail. Delivery times below are estimates from dispatch rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
UK delivery
- FREE standard UK delivery on every order — no minimum spend. Estimated delivery 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Express UK delivery: £3.99 — estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Returns
- Use our Contact Us page, quoting your order number, and we'll let you know how to return your item.
- You have 14 days to notify us that you would like to return your item and an additional 14 days to send the item back for a refund/exchange.
- We don't offer prepaid returns for change-of-mind purchases, so the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. If an item is faulty or not as described, we will cover reasonable return postage where required.
- We don't refund the additional charge for Express delivery on change-of-mind returns. Our standard UK delivery is free, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
- All jewellery can be returned or exchanged, except earrings supplied in sealed hygiene packaging where the seal has been broken after delivery. This hygiene exception does not apply to faulty or incorrectly described items.
- Please return items in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging where possible. We may make a deduction for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. We aim to process eligible refunds within 2 working days of receiving the returned products (or evidence that they've been sent back), and always within the legal timeframe. Refunds go to your original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your bank account.
- If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please use our Contact Us page as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receipt, with photographs showing the issue. Photographs help us resolve things quickly, but reporting later does not affect your statutory rights.
